Reassigning a Document

Drafters, Approvers and Administrators can reassign a document to another user to a group.

  1. From the My Assignments tab, select the document you want to reassign.
  2. From the Actions menu, select Reassign.
  3. In the Reassign  dialog, a list of users is displayed. To view a list of groups, click (multi-people icon). To return to the list of users, click (single person icon)
Note Only the users or user groups that have permission to be reassigned to the document are displayed. If you think any names are missing from this list, please contact your system administrator.
  1. Select the new user or group that you want to reassign this document to.
  1. In the Notes section, you can enter an optional explanation describing why you are reassigning this document.
  2. Click Submit.

The document is reassigned.
