Use this utility to convert Metacode files in BARR format into EPS (Enterprise Printing System) format so you can then print the files on a Xerox EPS printer via a TCP/IP connection.
Note | BARR format is a print-ready format if you use a BARR server to submit the print stream. |
This utility is typically used when you have multiple printers (some BARR and some EPS) or when you upgrade from a BARR server to an EPS printer and have archived print streams in BARR format.

Enter the name you want the utility to assign to the output Metacode file. This file will be in EPS format. |
If you are unsure of the format of a print stream, use Studio’s Printstream Analyzer to determine the format. First, open the print stream in the Printstream Analyzer, then click the Properties button to see an analysis of the print stream. Included in the analysis is format information.
