FAP2XML

Use the FAP2XML utility to convert a FAP file into an XML file.

You can use this utility to prepare snippets of FAP files for editing in iPPS. You can also use it to get a list of the fields in a section or form. This is useful when you are creating your own iPPS user interface or data feeds based on forms in your MRL.

Note This utility is intended for iPPS manuscripting support and is not used by the Documaker system. Neither IDS or Documaker Studio can read the resulting file and turn it into a FAP or NA file.
