copy-virtual-server

Syntax

tadm copy-virtual-server common_options --config=config_name 
--vs=source_virtual_server_name new_virtual_server_name

Description

Use this command to create a copy of an existing virtual-server.

Options

For information about common_options, run the help command.

--config|-c

Specify the configuration for which you want to copy an existing virtual-server.

--vs|-s

Specify the name of the source virtual server.

Operands

new-virtual-server-name

Specify the name of the virtual server that you want to create.

Example

tadm copy-virtual-server --user=admin --host=admin.example.com 
--password-file=./admin.passwd --port=8989 
--no-prompt --config=www.example.org --vs=soa.example.org 
virtual-server-1

Exit Codes

The following exit values are returned:

0: command executed successfully

>0: error in executing the command
