After a department administrator logs in, the LT Admin shows the Home page.

1.2 Institutions Page

When a department administrator navigates to the Institutions tab, the LT Admin shows the Institution page. There are two tabs under Institutions page, Institution Group and Institution.

1.2.1 Institution Group Page

When a department administrator navigates to the Institution Group tab, the Search Institution Group page is shown.

1.2.1.2 Edit Institution Group Page

The Edit Institution Group page is similar to the Create Institution Group page. The only difference is the "Edit Institution Group" label, which is part of the AdminWebBundle.properties file from the INSTGROUP.TEXT.EDIT_INSTITUTION_GROUP attribute.

1.2.1.3 View Institution Group Page

The View Institution Group page is similar to the Create Institution Group page. The only difference is the "View Institution Group" label, which is part of the AdminWebBundle.properties file from the INSTGROUP.TEXT.VIEW_INSTITUTION_GROUP attribute.

1.2.2 Institutions Page

When a department administrator navigates to the Institution tab, the Search Institution page is shown. The labels with the same attribute in the properties file are excluded in the following table.

The Edit Institution page is similar to the Create Institution page. The only difference is the "Edit Institution" label, which is part of the AdminWebBundle.properties file from the INSTITUTION.TEXT.EDIT_INSTITUTION attribute.

1.2.2.3 View Institution Page

The View Institution page is similar to the Create Institution page. The only difference is the "View Institution" label, which is part of the AdminWebBundle.properties file from the INSTITUTION.TEXT.VIEW_INSTITUTION attribute.

1.2.2.4 View Institution Structure Page

When a department administrator clicks the View Institution Structure button , the View Institution Structure page is shown.

1.3.2 View Person Page

The View Person page is similar to the Assign Roles page. The only difference is the "View Person" label and the "Roles" attribute. The "Roles" attribute is the same as listed in Table 1-11.

1.3.3 Manage Department Staff

1.4.1 View Preference Page

When a department administrator clicks the View button, the View Preference page is shown.

Some labels shown in this page have the same attributes as listed in Table 1-17. The only difference is the "View Preference" label, which is part of the AdminWebBundle.properties file from the PREFERENCE.TEXT.VIEW_PREFERENCE attribute.

When a department administrator selects a preference code and the value of the User Visible attribute is "Y", the View Preference page shows the different labels as listed in Table 1-18.
