Client Level Activities

Activities can be processed at the client level. These activities apply to the client selected. The activity link will only appear on the Client screen if the user has security privileges to perform client level activities. Client level activities are added and processed on the Client screen.   

 

Steps to Process Client Activities

  1. Open a client record

  2. Click the Add Activity link on the Secondary menu.

  3. Select the activity from the drop down list.

  4. Enter the activity details.

  5. Click OK.

  6. Click the Activities link in the Left Navigation menu. This will open the Activities screen.

  7. Click the lightning bolt icon to process the activity.
