The following prerequisites must be met before you can deploy the plug-in:
Sun Ray Software 5.4 is installed on the Sun Ray server to be monitored.
Enterprise Manager Agent for Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c Release 1 or Release 2 is installed on the Sun Ray server to be monitored.
It is also assumed that you are familiar with Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c and have a general understanding of the product. For detailed information, see the Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c Documentation site.
