ASM Cluster File System is used to store Oracle database files and application files, including executables, database data files, database trace files, database alert logs, application reports, BFILEs, and configuration files. The following table describes the fields in the Create ASM Cluster File System page.

| Volume | Select the volume from the drop down list, on which you want to create the ASM Cluster File System. If there are no volumes, or if you want to create a new volume, select Create Volume from the drop down list. |
| Database Home Mount Point | Mount point where the ACFS created for the database home is mounted. |
| Database Home Owner Name | User who owns the ACFS mount point for hosting the database home. |
| Database Home Owner Group | Group to which the user who owns the ACFS mount point for hosting the database home belongs. |
| Mount Point | This is the mount point of the ACFS database home. |
