Oracle Governance, Risk and Compliance Controls comprises two components that regulate activity in a company's applications: Oracle Application Access Controls Governor defines conflicts among duties that can be assigned, and identifies users with access to conflicting duties. Oracle Enterprise Transaction Controls Governor detects whether transactions display evidence of error, fraud, or other risk.
