DomReplaceNotify

protected Object DomReplaceNotify(Object domNode)

Notifies the peer that some DOM corresponding to a child (or descendent) has been replaced. Subclasses should override the DomReplaceNotify() hook.

Parameters:
domNode

                                            boolean cancelEvent)

if the native target is a type that should trigger defaultCommand this utility method - gets the dom id of the native target, or if the native target does not have an id this method walks up the dom until it finds an element with an id. - Depending on the native target tag type this method may also call componentEvent.cancel. This however has to be provided through cancelEvent parameter.

Parameters:
componentEvent    
cancelEvent  -  boolean parameter to enable cancelling of the event
Return:
Object - the native target, if the native target is a type that should trigger defaultCommand.
