All seeded function and user-level personalizations are protected against upgrades. However, HR has also provided some seeded Localization-level personalizations that have been modified by customers and these personalizations are not protected against upgrades. After an upgrade, customers must redo any personalizations they have made to these HR seeded Localization-level personalizations.
In the case of pages having a Flexible Layout, a Personalization done at one level (Personalization context) is not visible at any other personalization level . Hence, Personalizations done at one level (say Site level) won't be available for update/modification at any other personalization level.
There are currently no known translation issues.
