This appendix describes profile options that affect the operation of your Oracle Project Contracts application.
The table below indicates whether you, the User, can view or update the profile option and at which System Administrator levels the profile options can be updated: Site, Application, Responsibility, and User. Use the Personal Profile Options window to view or set your profile options at the user level. Consult your Oracle E-Business Suite Setup Guidefor a list of profile options common to all Oracle Applications.
A mandatory profile option requires a value. An optional profile option provides a value already, so you need to provide a value only if you want to change the value.

The OKE: Allow Contingent Workers profile option determines whether contingent workers can be granted access to contracts or not.
Available values are as follows:
Yes
Contingent workers are provided access to their contracts.
No
Contingent workers are not granted access to their contracts.
The internal name of the profile option is OKE_ALLOW_CWK.
The OKE: Allow Deletion of New Lines in Active Contract profile option indicates whether the new lines in an active contract can be deleted.
Available values are as follows:
Yes
The new lines with Entered status in an active contract can be deleted. The Activate Lines and Activate All Lines options in the Actions LOV of the Authoring Workbench page are enabled to allow you to change the status of new lines to Active.
No
The new lines in an active contract cannot be deleted.
This profile option is visible to the System Administrator and can be updated at the site level.
The internal name of the profile option is OKE_NEW_LINE_ACTIVE.
The OKE: Default User Attribute profile option allows user attributes to be displayed by default in header or parent line to the sublines.
Available values are as follows:
Yes
User attributes displayed by default in header or parent line to the sublines
No
User attributes not displayed by default in header or parent line to sublines
This profile option is visible to the System Administrator and can be updated at the site and user levels. This profile option is also visible and can be updated by the user.
The internal name of the profile option is OKE_DEFAULT_USER_ATTRIBUTE.
The OKE: PO Need by date validation against Contract Line profile option governs the validation of Purchase Order Need by date against Contract Line dates. This validation is raised when you select the ready to procure check box in the Deliverable Tracking System for an inbound deliverable.
Available values are as follows:
Yes
Validates the PO Need by date against Contract Line dates
No
Does not validate the PO Need by date against Contract Line dates
No Value

This profile option is visible to the System Administrator and can be updated at the site and responsibility levels. This profile option is also visible and can be updated by the user.
The internal name of the profile option is OKE_PO_NEED_BY_DATE_AGAINST_LINE.
The OKE: Recent Document List profile option indicates the size of the Recent Documents folder in the Contract Organizer.
During installation, Oracle Project Contracts will automatically create a default size of 6 at the site level.
This profile option is visible to the System Administrator and can be updated at the site and user levels. This profile option is also visible and can be updated by the user.
The internal name of the profile option is OKE_K_FIFO_LOG.
The OKE: Same Project Hierarchy on Multiple Contracts profile option indicates whether the same project hierarchy can be used on multiple contracts.
Available values are as follows:
Allow
The system allows the use of same project hierarchy on multiple contracts.
Allow with Warning
The system displays a warning message and, if the user confirms, it allows the use of same project hierarchy on multiple contracts.
Do Not Allow
The system displays an error message and does not allow the use of same project hierarchy on multiple contracts.
The internal name of the profile option is OKE_PROJH_OVERLAP_ALLOWED.
The OKE: Show Contract Funding Wizard profile option indicates whether the Contract Funding Wizard should be invoked when a new contract funding source in created. The Contract Funding Wizard should always be used if you wish to convert an existing Projects agreement to contract funding source.
Available values are as follows:
Yes
Contract Funding Wizard will be displayed
No
Contract Funding Wizard will not be displayed
No Value
Equivalent to Yes
This profile option is visible to the System Administrator and can be updated at the site and user levels. This profile option is also visible and can be updated by the user.
This profile can also be set inside the Contract Funding Wizard using the Show Contract Funding Wizard check box.
The internal name of the profile option is OKE_SHOW_FUND_WIZARD.
The OKE: Show Document Short Description profile option governs whether the short description should be displayed along with the contract number on the document tree of the Contract Organizer window.
Available values are as follows:
Yes
Displays the short description along with the contract number on document tree
No
Does not display the short description along with the contract number on document tree
No Value
Equivalent to No
This profile option is visible to the System Administrator and can be updated at the site and user levels. This profile option is also visible and can be updated by the user.
The internal name of the profile option is OKE_K_DESC_TREE.
