Legends
The following legends are indicative of the various objects that are used in the navigation paths:
(H) – Hyperlink
(T) – Tab
(ST) – Sub-Tab
(B) – Button
(LOV) – List of Values
(I) – Icon
Create or Amend a Requisition and checkout.
In the Sourcing Information Region, click (LOV) Acquisition Plan.
Search for an Acquisition Plan Display Name.
Select the Acquisition Plan name you to want to associate the Requisition with.
You will return to the Requisitions or Requisition Amendment page.
Search for an item using the Store search.
The search results display in a page.
Click Add to Cart to add the item to your shopping cart.
(T) Shop > (ST) Stores > (H) Advanced Search
Specify the criteria and click (B) Go.
(T) Shop > (ST) Stores > My Requisitions
Select a requisition, the Requisition opens in a page, then click (B) Cancel Requisition.
(T) Shop > (ST) Stores > My Requisitions > (L) Copy
Click (I) Copy
(T) Receiving > (H) Receive Items
Or:
Navigate to the Receiving Process region at the right of the page.
Click (H) Correct Receipts.
(T) Shop > (ST) Stores > My Notifications

(T) Receiving > My Receipts at a Glance.
Click Full List to enter a search criteria and select receipt details.
In the Receiving page, click View Receipts to view recent receipt details.

Select the Requisition Number link.

Select a notification.
Click (B) Open.

Search LOV - Items to Receive, Items to Return, Receipts to Correct, Receipts to View
Search Attribute LOV - Find By Award Number, Find By Requisition Number, Find By Supplier
Search Value - this is a free-text field
Click (B) Go.
(T) Shop > (ST) Stores > (LOV) Search
Specify the search criteria and click (B) Go.

Open a Requisition by clicking on the Requisition Number.
If Amendment History field has a value Yes that is hyperlinked, click (H) Yes.
The Amendment History page opens.
Click (I) Review Changes to view the changes for a particular document.
Click (B) View All Changes to see all the changes made to all the documents.
Open a Requisition by clicking on the Requisition Number.
If Amendment History field has a value Yes that is hyperlinked, click (H) Yes.
The Amendment History page opens.
(T) Shop > (ST) Stores > My Notifications > View
