Oracle Knowledge (InQuira) is a knowledge management system. It enables the service organizations to create, manage, and share content across languages. It provides a powerful Natural Language Search (NLS) to search unstructured content, structured data, and transactional business applications.
The integration of Oracle iSupport with Oracle Knowledge allows service organizations to perform knowledge base searches from the Oracle Knowledge application or the existing Oracle Knowledge Management system.
To search the knowledge base using Oracle Knowledge, you must do the following:
Install a licensed version of the Oracle Knowledge application.
Set the Knowledge: Search to display for integrating applications profile option to Oracle Knowledge Search.
In the Service: Oracle Knowledge Search URL profile option, set appropriate values in the following link:
