Personal Information

Oracle HRMS for Romania provides self-service access to the Personal Information modules that includes personal basic details, contact details of dependents and beneficiaries, address details, and emergency contact details. Employees with Manager Self-Service responsibility and employees with Employee Self-Service responsibility can access the following in this module:

Personal Information

Employees and managers can add, update, and view basic personal details such as first/last names, date of birth, marital status, and country/town/region of birth. Apart from these details, employees can only view the NPC/FRN number. However, they can update the previous NPC/FRN in the Basic Details: Correction Page.Additionally, they can update and view additional personal information such as residence, citizenship, previous first name, pensioner status, pensioner type, and health insurance unit in the Further Person Information descriptive flexfield. Managers can add, update, and view these details while hiring applicants and rehiring employees.

Contact Details

Employees and managers can create, update, and view dependents and beneficiary basic and additional details. Additionally, employees can add, update, and view the emergency contact details.

Address Details

Employees and managers can record Romania international address details and Romania specific address details in the Person Overview, Address, Review, and Emergency Contact pages.
