Oracle Solaris 10 Systems Only: Obtaining the zonep2vchk Utility

The zonep2vchk utility is available on an Oracle Solaris 10 1/13 system.

To use the utility on earlier versions of the Oracle Solaris 10 system, you can download the unbundled package from OTN at http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/server-storage/solaris10/downloads. The unbundled package installs into /opt/SUNWzonep2vchk.

Note - This unbundled package will not interfere with the version delivered by Oracle Solaris 10 1/13 if the system is subsequently upgraded or patched. The unbundled version installs into /opt/SUNWzonep2vchk. An upgrade or patch to Oracle Solaris 10 1/13 adds the bundled version in /usr/sbin. The unbundled package obtained earlier can then be uninstalled.
