"You may specify that the Oracle Secure Backup service log on as the system account or another account that you identify below. The account you choose must belong to the Backup Operators group, must not be required to change password at logon, must have a password that never expires, and must have the following rights: back up files and directories, restore files and directories, log on as a service, act as part of the operating system, increase quotas, replace a process level token."
