SQL statement cache miss event

Synopsis

glassfish:jdbcra:statementcache:statementCacheMissEvent(
java.lang.String poolName,
java.lang.String applicationName,
java.lang.String moduleName)

Description

This event is sent whenever an SQL statement to be executed is not found in the SQL statement cache, provided that statement caching is enabled; that is, when the statement-cache-size attribute of the JDBC connection pool has a nonzero value.

Use this event to track the number of times the statement cache is not used.

Parameters

poolName

The name of the JDBC connection pool.

applicationName

The name of the application in which the connection pool is defined. This parameter is applicable only for application-scoped resources.

moduleName

The name of the application module in which the connection pool is defined. This parameter is applicable only for application-scoped resources.
