The Oracle Communications Offline Mediation Controller Real-Time ASCII File Collection Cartridge Development Kit (CDK) cartridge pack collects ASCII records from files in real-time. This collection cartridge is ideal for collection records from servers which output records into a log file over a long period of time (several hours).

The following feature was added in this version of the Real-Time ASCII File CDK cartridge pack:
The error handling behavior of the Livingston file handler is changed. This handler can now skip over invalid records, and continue to process the following records within the same file. The handler provides additional warning alarms with new details for these invalid records. Refer to the Livingston Real-Time File Collection 1.0.0 User Guide, Second Edition, in the Error handling behavior section for more details on the new behavior.
