Follow these steps to find the name of other buttons that reside
in the object display area:
- Navigate to the page in question.
- Right click in the body of the page (but not while the pointer
is in an input field). Note, if the field in question resides in a
grid, you must right click while the pointer is in the section that
contains the grid (but not while the pointer is in an input field
in the grid) - this is because there's a separate HTML document for
each grid on a page.
- Select View Source from the pop-up menu to display the source HTML.
- Scroll to the Widget Info section (towards the top of the HTML
document). It contains a list of all of the objects on a page, including
buttons.
- Iconized buttons (e.g., search buttons) are represented as HTML
images and their field names are prefixed with IM. The following is an example
of the HTML on the Bill - Main page (notice the IM fields for the iconized buttons).
- Transaction-specific actions buttons (e.g., the buttons use to
generate and cancel a bill) are represented as switches. The following
is an example of the HTML on the Bill - Main page (notice the SW fields for the action buttons).
Note, if you want to Set focus to such a field, you would move a Predefined Value of TRUE to the switch.
