The dashboard is a portal that always appears on the desktop. Its
zones contain tools and data that are useful regardless of the object
being displayed.
Note:
Minimize the dashboard. You can minimize
the dashboard by clicking on the vertical bar on the left side of
the dashboard. This causes the dashboard portal to disappear allowing
more of the page area to display. The vertical dashboard bar is then
displayed on the right side of the page. Clicking the dashboard bar
restores the display of the dashboard portal. Rather than clicking,
you may press Alt+J
to toggle
the display of the dashboard.
The contents of this section describe the zones that are available
on this portal.
