Monitor SAF agent statistics

On the SAF Agent: Monitoring: Statistics page, you can view runtime information for an active SAF agent and perform message management operations on the agent.

  1. In the left pane of the console, expand Services > Messaging and select Store-and-Forward Agents.
  2. On the Summary of Store-and-Forward Agents page, select the SAF agent that you want to monitor.
  3. Click the Monitoring > Statistics tab.

    A table displays statistics for the SAF agent. For troubleshooting purposes, run-time message activity can be temporarily paused on SAF agents. Simply select the check box next to the SAF agent, and then click the Incoming, Forwarding, or Receiving button above the table to select a Pause or Resume operation for that button. The table then reflects the destination's new "paused" or "non-paused" state.
