The image backpanel_oda.png shows the back panel of an Oracle Database Appliance, with callout numbers one through nine. Callout number 9 points to the top system controller, which is SC 1. Callout number 8 points to the bottom system controller, which is SC 0. Callouts 1 - 3 identify locations on the left side of each system controller. Callouts 4 - 6 identify locations on the right side of each system controller.

Callout number 1 points to the power connector on the far left .

Callout number 2 points to Eth7, 6, 5, and 4 (left to right) to the right of the power connector. Eth4 and Eth5 are configured as bond1, Eth6 and Eth7 are configured as bond 2. These ports are used for custom configurations, or for separate backup, disaster recovery, and network management.

Callout number 3 points to two 10-GbE ethernet ports below Eth4 - 7. In 10-GbE systems, these are connected to the public network.

Callout number 4 points to the serial connector to Oracle ILOM and system console. They are located in the left-most location on the right side of the system controllers.

Callout number 5 points to two 1-GbE connectors to the right of the serial connectors to Oracle ILOM and system console. In 1-GbE systems, these are connected to the public network.

Callout number 6 points to the ethernet connection to Oracle ILOM. They are located to the right of the two 1-GbE connectors.

Callout number 7 points to USB and video for connecting to system console.
