Upgrading Content Server 7.0.2 to 7.0.3 Current Patch Upgrade/installation guide. Provides instructions for rolling up from Content Server 7.0.2 to version 7.0.3 Patch 6. (For information about installing Content Server with WebLogic, see Installing Content Server with WebLogic Server.)
Installing Content Server with WebLogic Server Provides instructions for installing Content Server as a web or portal application running on WebLogic Server.

In CS 7.0.3 Patch 3:
Chapter 18, "Configuring Bundled Attribute Editors": FCKEditor – added new sections with procedures for implementing lazyload, creating style sheets, and configuring the stylesheet plugin to support custom style sheets.

    In CS 7.0.3:
  • Design changes were made to the "Type" and "Locale" columns of the search results list returned by Dash:
    • Chapter 15, "Designing Basic Asset Types": Added instructions for creating and displaying asset type icons in the "Type" column. (In previous versions, each asset's type was identified by name.)
    • Chapter 28, "Configuring Sites for Multilingual Support": Added instructions for creating country flags for display in the "Locale" column. (In previous versions, each asset's locale was identified by language/country code.)
  • Chapter 18, "Configuring Bundled Attribute Editors":
    • Added more detailed instructions for creating instances of FCKEditor and configuring its toolbar. Similar changes were made to instructions regarding the configuration of Online Image Editor.
    • New section: "Configuring Spell Check Support in FCKEditor."
  • Chapter 20, "Importing Flex Assets": Added new section, "Using Custom Data Delimiters."

CS Administrator's Guide Provides conceptual and procedural information about user and system management, workflow planning and configuration, revision tracking, publishing, and database maintenance.
    In CS 7.0.3:
  • Page 90: Added "Inventory" to the list of servlets that should be mapped to a "404 Page Not Found" error page on production systems.
  • Page 346: Clarified instructions for disabling revision tracking (in order to prevent the user from inadvertently deleting asset data that should be preserved).
  • Page 358: Corrected the table of ACLs to indicate that creating Recommendation assets requires the Visitor ACL rather than the VisitorAdmin ACL.

Dash Interface User's Guide Shows content providers how to work with Content Server's Dash interface, which provides quick, intuitive access to features for creating and managing content. User-friendly design simplifies content management tasks, facilitates access to information, provides full-text search capability, incorporates Web 2.0 features (such as tagging), and supports different locales and languages.

In CS 7.0.3:
Documented changes to the "Type" and "Locale" columns in the search results list returned by Dash: In Content Server 7.0.3, an asset's type is now identified by an icon in the "Type" column. Locale is identified by a country flag in the "Locale" column. (Previously they were identified by asset type name and language/country code.) Screen captures were updated to reflect the changes.

Note: Chapter 1 provides a features list comparing Dash and Advanced interfaces.
Advanced Interface User's Guide Guides content providers through the Content Server Advanced interface to create, manage, and publish content; collaborate in workflows; and use recommendation assets to support marketing campaigns.

In CS 7.0.3 Patch 3:
Chapter 3. New sections contain procedures for linking assets via hypertext links; including one asset in another; and linking assets to URLs via managed and unmanaged links.
Portal Interface User's Guide Guides content providers through the Content Server Portal interface to create, manage, and publish content; collaborate in workflows; and use Engage assets to support marketing campaigns.
