	ImgSvrURLHelper.GetRootURL Method

This method passes back the root Image Server URL. For example, "http: //myserver:80/ptimages/".

Parameters

_bIsSecure

-- Do you want the secure (https://) URL back or the regular Image Server URL back?

Return Value

The root URL.
