If you are a manager or have supervisory power, you can assign goals to all direct and indirect reports or to selected individuals. You can also determine whether to enable employees to update key attributes of their goals, such as goal name, target completion date, and so forth.
Only facilitators can create and assign tasks for a Talent Review meeting. Facilitators can also assign tasks during multiple phases of the review cycle. This can be done in one of three locations:
