Use the gaugeBackground tag to specify the background colors of a gauge.
The gaugeBackground tag is a child tag of the gauge tag. The attribute settings for this tag override the fillColor attribute setting for gaugeSetBackground.
The gaugeBackground tag can have a child tag: specialEffects
