This diagram depicts a content entry form. The diagram shows a screen capture of the content entry form in Form Mode and a screen capture in Web Mode (webpage view of a content entry form). Developers use the WebCenter Sites data model to create content entry forms which contributors will then populate with content. Content entered into the content entry form (in Form Mode or Web Mode) is stored as a record in the CM system database. Developers create JSPs that render content in Web Mode, which displays the web page view of a content entry form, allowing for in-context editing. The code (JSPs) that renders the content is stored in a file system. Then, the content is published to the delivery system database.
