The order of tasks for configuring Oracle WebCenter Content: Capture is incorrect in Section 7.2, "Completing the Initial Configuration of Capture," in Oracle Fusion Middleware Installing and Configuring Oracle WebCenter Content, version 11gR1 (11.1.1.8.0).
The tasks should be in the following order because the Capture Managed Server needs to be started before the application roles are set:
Start the Capture Managed Server.
Assign roles to Capture users in Fusion Middleware Control.
Modify system-level settings through MBeans.
Likewise, the sections for these tasks should be in the following order:
7.2.1 Starting the Capture Managed Server
7.2.2 Assigning Roles to Capture Users
7.2. Modifying System-Level Settings
