You need to send your instance configuration to Oracle Endeca
Workbench any time you make and save changes to your instance configuration
that you want Workbench to see.
Examples of such changes include adding a new style to be used with
dynamic business rules, or deleting a thesaurus entry.
Important: Set Instance
Configuration overwrites all existing configuration files in Endeca
Workbench. Any changes made in Workbench since the last use of
Get Instance Configuration are lost. For this
reason, Oracle recommends using the Deployment Template to manage your instance
configuration. See the
Oracle Endeca Deployment Template Usage Guide for more
information.
