Inserts the specified element at the specified position in this list.

Parameters
index (Int32)
The zero-based index of the element to add.
elementAt (Object)
The element to be inserted.
Remarks
Shifts the element currently at that position (if any) and any subsequent elements to the right (adds one to their indices).
Exceptions

ArgumentOutOfRangeExceptionindex is out of range.
