Preview Frame Text for Playback and Print Output


After completing this topic, you will be able to preview frame text for playback.


Steps:

  1. Navigate to the fourth F frame in the frame structure.

     

    Click the fourth F frame in the frame structure.

  2. The custom text is unmarked for Do It! mode. View the text playback for the Player - Do It! mode.

     

    Click the Display list button.

  3. Click the Player - Do It! list item.

  4. Notice that the custom text in the bubble text pane is grayed out because the Visible in Do It! button is deselected for the text. However, the template text still appears in the bubble for the play mode.

  5. View the text playback for the Print - Do It! mode.

     

    Click the Display list button.

  6. Click the Print - Do It! list item.

  7. If text is disabled for a play mode, the text does not appear for that mode in player or print output.

  8. Select the Explanation frame where the text is marked to appear in See It!/Try It! modes only.

     

    Click the X frame.

  9. The display is set to Print - Do It! and the text is grayed out.

     

    The bubble explains that the frame will only appear in Do It! mode if the bubble text is marked for that mode.

  10. View the text playback for the Print - See It!/Try It! mode.

     

    Click the Display list button.

  11. Click the Print - See It!/Try It! list item.

  12. Notice that the text is visible because the text is marked to be visible in this mode.
