Steps:
To resize columns, you will drag the column border to the left to decrease the column size and to the right to increase the column size.
Step 2In the bottom work area, reduce the width of the Name column so that the information in the column is truncated.
Press the left mouse button and drag the right border of the Name column to the desired location.
Step 4Release the mouse button.
Step 5The ellipsis (...) after document names indicates the names that are truncated.
Step 6We have reduced the width of the Last modified date column for you so that the information in the column is truncated.
Step 7Enlarge the width of the Type column.
Press the left mouse button and drag the right border of the Type column to the desired location.
Step 8Release the mouse button.
Step 9Autofit the Name column.
Right-click the Name column header.
Step 10Click the Best Fit command.
Step 11Autofit all of the columns in the bottom work area.
In the bottom work area, right-click any column header.
Step 14Click the Best Fit (all columns) command.
Step 15All of the columns are resized to fit the column content.
