Steps:
You must be logged on as an Administrator to use this feature.
The current user belongs to the Administrators group. Notice the Administration command on the menu bar.
Step 1Add a new State value.
Click the Administration menu.
Step 2Click the Manage State Values command.
Step 3Click the Add new value button.
Step 4Enter the desired information into the Value field. Enter "In Testing".
Step 5Click the OK button.
Step 6Click the OK button.
Step 7Click the Using Print Preview topic.
Step 8To save time, we have opened the Properties toolpane for you.
Step 9Assign the new State value to the selected document.
Click in the State field.
Step 10Click the State list button.
Step 11Click the In Testing list item.
