Use Suggest Questions

After completing this topic, you will be able to use Suggest Questions to add questions to an assessment.

Steps:

1. See if Suggest Questions has any recommendations for the Opening a Document topic.

    

   Click the Opening a Document topic.

   Step 1

2. Click the Suggest Questions button.

   Step 2

3. The suggestions include the topic itself (Know It? question) and two questions, WordPad Documents and Working with Open Documents.

    

   Both questions are suggested because they are associated with the selection, the Opening a Document topic, but are not included in the selected assessment.

   Step 3

4. Add the Working with Open Documents question to the assessment.

    

   Click the Working with Open Documents checkbox.

   Step 4

5. Click the OK button.

   Step 5

6. The question is added to the assessment and the Question count of the assessment increases by 1.

   Step 6

7. The Using Print Preview topic has no question coverage. We have opened Suggest Questions to see if there are any suggestions.

    

   The Print Preview 2 question is associated with the topic, so we have selected to add that question.
