You can publish content in four different document types: System Process, Training Guide, Job Aid, and Test Document. In addition, you can publish an Instructor Manual, which is a training guide that also includes instructor notes, or publish topics that can be exported via a comma separated (CSV) file (which can be opened in Microsoft Excel) to a testing application. Each of these documents has a different format and includes slightly different information from each topic. 


The following lists the items where you can add information to the topic and indicates suggested uses for each.
 


Concept pane
Provides helpful and/or critical information or images at the topic level in the System Process, Training Guide and Instructor Manual formats.


Web pages
Provides helpful and/or critical information at the concept (module, section, topic) or frame level for the System Process, Training Guide and Instructor Manual formats.


Package image files
Image files appear for module, section and topic concepts, and frame level links in the System Process, Training Guide, and Instructor Manual formats. Glossary terms that link to package images also appear in the Glossary for the Training Guide and Instructor Manual formats.


Introduction frame
Appears above the procedure steps in the System Process, Training Guide and Instructor Manual formats.


End frame
Identifies the completion of a task in all outputs.


Explanation frame
Appears in all document outputs.


Custom bubble text
Adds specific information in the procedure steps for all document outputs.
