The Sound Report.html provides information about each exported sound file. It is useful in identifying missing sound files that need to be created or locating sound files that need to be edited. Bubble sound and web page sound are listed separately on the report. One of the options during export allows you to specify whether the Sound Report has the text for See It!/Try It! mode or Do It! mode.
The Sound Report has several columns:
Document: The name of the topic or web page.
Text: The bubble text or the web page text, as approriate. You can record the entire text or paraphrase it when recording sound.
Sound File Name: The name of the .wav file for the sound. If the name is sound.wav, the sound is for a web page. If the name is Intro.wav, End. wav, or a number .way, for example, 12.wav, the sound is for the bubble in a topic.
Location: The location where the sound file is stored or should be stored. The link also indicates whether the file belongs in the Bubble folder or the WebPage folder. You can click the link to open the correct folder for the file.
File Exists?: Indicates whether the file has already been created.
