Steps:
Change the template for the selected topic to use the Spanish template.
Click in the Template field.
Step 1Click the Browse button.
Step 2Click the Look in list to change language folders.

Click the es list item.
Step 4Click the Open button to apply the Standard - Spanish template.
Step 5Open the translated topic.
Double-click the Guardar un documento como archivo nuevo topic to open it.
Step 6Notice the formatting of the bubble text in the Introduction frame, including the bolded text.
Step 7Select the Decision frame.
Click the Decision frame in the frame structure.
Step 8Notice the translated text in the Decision properties fields.
Step 9Click the second F frame to view the template text.
Step 10The template text for the bubble uses the Standard - Spanish template you selected from the es folder.
Notice that the Object names are not translated.
Rerecording in the localized application will capture the correct screenshots and Object names.
Step 11Close the topic.
Click the Close button.
Step 12Double-click the WordPad glossary to open it.
Step 13Update the glossary links.
Click the Edit menu.
Step 14Click the Update Glossary Links command.
Step 15Click the OK button.
Step 16Close the glossary.
Click the Close button.
Step 17Double-click the GuardaArchivo web page to open it.
Step 18Notice that the glossary links were updated.
Step 19Close the web page.
Click the Close button.
Step 20Open the master role list to update roles.
Click the Edit menu.
Step 21Click the Manage Roles command.
Step 22Because the currently selected document is assigned the Spanish language property, the Spanish master role list (Roles.es) opens.

Click the Yes button.
Step 24Close Roles.es.
Click the Close button.
Step 25Click the Yes button to save the changes.
Step 26After importing translated content with assigned roles, you should check in your master role lists.
