Steps:
You want to automatically record screenshots and sound at the same time. Change the options to automatic recording with sound.
Click the Tools menu.
Step 1Click the Options command.
Step 2Click the Recorder category.
Step 3Select the automatic recording option.
Click the Automatically record screenshots option.
Step 4Enable sound recording with topic recording.
Click the Record sound with topic option.
Step 5Change the Pause key.
Click the Sound pause key list.
Step 6Change the pause key to F6.
Click the F6 list item.
Step 7Save the changes and close the Options dialog box.
Click the OK button.
Step 8Start the topic recording.
Click the Record Topic button.
Step 9Click the WordPad title bar to activate the application window.
Step 10Press PrintScreen to start the sound recording for the Introduction frame.
Press [PrintScreen].
Step 11The Recorder disappears. Record the audio for the Introduction frame.

Step 12The Deskband displays in the Windows taskbar. If you have hidden your taskbar, point to the bottom of the screen to make it visible.

Step 13The Deskband appears in the taskbar. The VU meter in the deskband indicates your sound amplification. Use the other buttons in the deskband to pause and restart the sound recording and open the Recording Control dialog box.
Step 14Press PrintScreen to start the topic recording.
