The Workgroup Title Detail report only appears in the Report list for standard reports if you are working in a multiple workgroup environment and you have System Administrator permissions. 

This report allows training managers to see which workgroups have access to which titles. It provides a list of currently available titles for a particular workgroup. The report can be limited to displaying only owned titles, if desired. Owned titles are titles created on a particular server.

The options for this report are described below.

• Workgroup: Select the desired workgroup or select All Workgroups.
   
• Display only Owned Items: When this option is selected, only titles that are owned by the selected workgroup appear in the report.

The information that can appear in this report is described below.

Title Name
This column displays all titles available to the workgroup if the Display only Owned Items checkbox was not selected. If this checkbox was selected, this column displays all titles available to the workgroup, for which the workgroup is the owner workgroup.

Title Version
This column indicates the version number of the title, which is the version of the imsmanifest.xml.
