After completing this topic, you will be able to view an assessment in the Assessment Coverage View.
Steps:
Display the Assessment Coverage View.
Click the View list.
Step 1Click the Assessment coverage view list item.
Step 2Select an assessment to analyze.
Click the Select an assessment list.
Step 3Select the assessment for the Document Basics module.
Click the Assessment - Document Basics assessment.
Step 4Notice the Questions column in the left pane. The values indicate the number of questions associated with the document.
The Changing the Page Setup and Exiting WordPad documents show 1 associated question each. The association could be a question or Know It? added to the assessment.
Step 5Notice the Question count is 5.
You can use the Open Assessment button to open the selected assessment.
Step 6The Questions Associated section shows that only 2 questions are associated with the selected document and its child documents.
You use the tools in the Questions Associated section to strengthen the assessment by creating associations and adding questions.
Step 7Click the Exiting WordPad topic.
Step 8The Questions Associated pane shows there is a question associated with the topic.
Step 9Click the Changing the Page Setup topic.
Step 10The Questions Associated pane shows there is a topic (Know It?) associated with the topic.
Step 11Selecting the assessment's parent document, the Document Basics module, shows all the questions and Know Its? in the assessment that contain associations to the content in the module.
Each subsection of the Document Basics module, the Creating and Opening Documents and Saving Documents sections, show the number of questions with associations to child documents related to those sections.
Step 12After completing this topic, you are able to view an assessment in the Assessment Coverage View.
