Test the Decision Frame and Path

After completing this topic, you will be able to test a Decision frame and paths.

Steps:

1. Preview the selected topic in Try It! mode.

    

   Click the Go to button.

   Step 1

2. Click the start link.

   Step 2

3. Perform the steps as indicated.

    

   Click the File menu.

   Step 3

4. Click the Save As command.

   Step 4

5. Click the second Decision path.

    

   Click the Save the file with a different name link.

   Step 5

6. Notice that this path prompts you to give the file a new name.

   Step 6

7. Return to the Decision frame and test the first path. Select the Actions link to go to the previous step of the topic preview.

    

   Click the Actions link.

   Step 7

8. Click the Previous Step link.

   Step 8

9. Click the first Decision path.

    

   Click the Save the file as a different file type link.

   Step 9

10. Notice that this path prompts you to click the Save as type button.

    Step 10

11. Press [Escape] to close the preview.

    Step 11
