Steps:
Add a user names filter.
Click the Filters list.
Step 1Click the User names list item.
Step 2Change the persistence to save the default values.
Click the Persistence list.
Step 3Click the Save list item.
Step 4Include the filter in the report.
Click the Include in report option.
Step 5You can set default values by typing user names or by searching for users. Type the user's name.
Click in the Find Users text box.
Step 6Enter the desired information into the Find users text box. Enter "APatel".
Step 7Search for other users.
Click the Find users link.
Step 8Find user names containing the letters "wo".
Click the Search for names that list.
Step 9Click the contain list item.
Step 10Click in the these characters field.
Step 11Enter the desired information into the these characters field. Enter "wo".
Step 12Click the Search button.
Step 13Add PWold to the list.
Click the PWold option.
Step 14Click the Add to list -> button.
Step 15Click the OK button.
Step 16Preview the report with the applied filters.
Click the View this report link.
Step 17Notice the user names at the top of the report. The report data is calculated for the default users. Return to the Custom Report page.
Click the Go to report design link.
Step 18We have changed the Persistence to Ask.
We will preview the report with the Persistence change.
Step 19You can change the default user names by editing the names in the User names field or by using Find users to search for names.
Click at the end of PWold in the User names field.
Step 20Press [Enter].
Step 21Add another user name.
Enter "SWong" in the User names field.
Step 22Run the report.
Click the Process Report button.
Step 23The default user names and the additional name appear at the top of the report.
Step 24The report includes data for all of the selected users.
