Steps:
We have previewed a Test Document for the Opening a Document topic.
Notice that the only two screenshots included in this Test Document are those above steps 1 and 8.
Note: Step 8 is the next step in the second alternative path that starts in the first frame.
Step 2We have switched to the Opening a Document topic in the Topic Editor.
You want to change the print setting so that the screenshot for the second alternative action that automatically appears before step 8 is not included in published documents.
Step 5Navigate to the frame whose print setting you want to change.
Click the second F frame in the Alternative path.
Step 6Point to the Auto Select Screenshot to Print button.
Step 7Notice that the tooltip indicates that the screenshot will be included in a document output.
Step 8Exclude this screenshot when publishing document formats.
Click the Edit menu.
Step 9Point to the Screenshot Publishing menu.
Step 10Click the Do Not Include Screenshot in Print command.
Step 11You want to include the screenshot where the action is to click the Customer.rtf file in the published document output.
Step 12Navigate to the fifth F frame in the topic (where the action is to select the Customer.rtf file).
Click the fifth F frame.
Step 13Include this screenshot when publishing document formats.
Click the Edit menu.
Step 14Point to the Screenshot Publishing menu.
Step 15Click the Include Screenshot in Print command.
Step 16Note: You can also use the toolbar buttons to change automatic print settings.
