Steps:
You can add or remove columns while creating a new view or editing an existing view.
Tip: You can also add and remove columns by right-clicking a column heading in the Library window and selecting the Column Chooser command.
Step 1Select the column you want to add to the view from the Available list.
Click the Frames list item.
Step 2Add the selected column to the view.
Click the Add button.
Step 3Add the Document Id and Path columns to the view. You can add multiple columns at the same time.
Click the Document Id list item.
Step 4Press the [Ctrl] key and click the Path list item.
Step 5Click the Add button.
Step 6Move the Path column above the Document Id column.
Click the Path list item.
Step 7Click the Move up button.
Step 8Each column has a default width, but you can change the width of any column in a view. Select the column whose width you want to modify.
Click the Frames list item.
Step 9Double-click in the Column width field.
Step 10Enter the desired information into the Column Width field. Enter "100".
Step 11Click the Apply button to apply the changes.
