Steps:
The Opening a Document topic contains an Explanation frame. In addition, some frames are set to show the bubble and others to hide the bubble.
Step 1Change the Show Bubbles property for the Opening a Document topic to Never, which hides all bubbles and action areas, regardless of the frame settings.
Step 2Click the Show Bubbles field in the Properties toolpane.
Step 3Click the Show Bubbles list arrow.
Step 4Click the Never list item.
Step 5Preview the topic in Try It! mode.
Click the Go button.
Step 6Notice that the playback skips the Introduction frame and the topic opens to the first frame. Both the Introduction and End frames do not appear when you turn off all bubbles.
Step 7Although this frame is set to show the bubble and action area, the Never setting overrides all the frame settings for the topic.
Since the frame shows no bubble or action area, the user would have to know to click the File menu or they could press Enter to advance the frame, if the publishing option to use Enter in Try It! mode is enabled.
Step 8Press [Enter] to advance to the next frame.
Step 9Press [Enter] to advance to the next frame.
Step 10The Explanation frame is skipped for See It! or Try It! mode when the Show Bubbles property is set to Never.
Step 11Press [Escape] to end the topic playback.
Step 12After completing this topic, you are able to hide or show the bubbles for all frames.
