This image shows an example of how to implement an IP Service Activator system. The IP Service Activator GUI interacts with the Policy Server, and then the Policy Server interacts with Server 1 and Server 2. Server 1 interacts through a Proxy Agent with the Juniper Device Driver and Alcatel Device Driver. Server 2 interacts with the Network Processor, and the Network Processor contains the Cisco Cartridge, Huawei Cartridge, and other cartridges.
