Multiple choice (single answer) questions require users to read a question and select one answer from a list of possible answers. To create the answer for a multiple choice (single answer) question, it is necessary to create a list of choices and then select the one option that constitutes a correct response. In the Response area, you create the choices to be displayed to users, and then mark the correct answer. To create challenging multiple choice questions, it is important that the incorrect choices be plausible.

Two standard answers are also available for multiple choice (single answer) questions; All of the above and None of the above. You can choose the Include All of the above or Include None of the above option when all answers listed are correct or incorrect. You can also include both options to make the question more challenging for the user. These answer options always appear at the bottom of the list of answers.
