Search for User Names for a Report

After completing this topic, you will be able to search for users to be included in a report.

Steps:

1. Run the User Report.

    

   Click the Sample - User Report link.

   Step 1

2. Search for a user.

    

   Click the Find users link.

   Step 2

3. Limit the search to names that contain the letters "wol".

    

   Click the Search for names that list.

   Step 3

4. Click the contain list item.

   Step 4

5. Click in the these characters field.

   Step 5

6. Enter the search text. Enter "wol".

    

   Step 6

7. Press [Tab].

   Step 7

8. View only 5 names.

    

   Enter "5" in the Number of search results field.

   Step 8

9. Click the Search button.

   Step 9

10. Run the report for Peter Wold (PWold).

     

    Click PWold.

    Step 10

11. Click the Add to list -> button.

    Step 11

12. Click the OK button.

    Step 12

13. Click the Process Report button.

    Step 13
