Configuring the Drill and Slice Component

Merge the component. See Merging Components.

Optional: If a frame prototype including and was not created, configure buttons to perform the drill and slice.

Create charts and pivots, and add the marker column where columns from the drill path will display.

Display charts and pivots on Drill and Slice frame prototypes, and associate these sections by using Dashboard Studio.

Optional: If issues arise because the marker column is called ... (an ellipsis), rename the column.

In the Drill and Slice Properties frame, select and order local filters to create the drill path.
